Before leaving Salvador last week to return to New York, Annie, Dima, Nathan, Alex, Kyle, Jesse and Craig came for a farewell luncheon at Yacht Privilege. Carrie, Allyson had already left the city.We all went up to the roof terrace to view the city, then returned for 'empanada de carne' and trifle (an English pudding unknown in America!).
After lunch they all headed for the beach in Barra.
Fond fairwells for such a caring and talented group of young people. They loved Brazil so will without doubtless return ..... chilly New York will be a shock to go home to!!
